These are the terms and conditions of Your Virtual Garage, concerning the service that is provided at www.yourvirtualgarage.com.

We recommend you read these terms and conditions carefully, so you are aware of your rights and obligations as a user of Your Virtual Garage. By using the Your Virtual Garage website - available at www.yourvirtualgarage.com ("Website") you accept to be bound to these terms and conditions. It also means that you are responsible for other people comitting to these terms and conditions if they have access to your computer. Your Virtual Garage has the right to make changes to these terms and conditions whenever it regards that necessary, without informing the users.

1. Moderation
Your Virtual Garage has automated the communication amongst users or between users and the Your Virtual Garage service. Your Virtual Garage has made it possible for users to publish images and text. It will actively monitor the published content, in an attempt to minimize the risk of abuse. Your Virtual Garage is not responsible for the actions, or lack thereof, of its users.

2. Account/Profile
You need to create a user account in order to get full use out of Your Virtual Garage. You stand guarantee for the completeness and validity of the information in your account. You give Your Virtual Garage permission to collect, safeguard and use that information with regards to the maintenance of your account. If you are younger than sixteen (16) you need the permission of a parent or guardian in order to create an account. By accepting these terms and conditions, you guarantee to be sixteen (16) or older, or that you have been given permission to create an account by a parent or guardian. You may not create accounts in other people's names, unless the person in question has given you permission. You are responsible for the safekeeping of your account and keeping your password secret. You are responsible for everything that happens as a result of letting other people use your Your Virtual Garage account, whether you are aware of the abuse or not.

3. Use of the Website
You declare to Your Virtual Garage to be authorized to use the Website and that you will adhere to the terms and conditions. Additionally you declare to live up to the obligations that come forth from these terms and conditions and that you will abide by the laws and regulations that are effective with regards to use of the Website.

4. Intellectual Property Right
You acknowledge and accept that the Website contains data, other content and software programs that are property of Your Virtual Garage, licensors and/or users of Your Virtual Garage and which are protected by applicable intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to copyrights, database rights, trade marks and patents. Your Virtual Garage extends to you a limited, personal, reversable, non-exclusive right to view the available files through the Website, in the format and manner in which the files are made available on the Website. It is explicitly prohibited to download, copy, change, or publish the files, data or programs, unless you have been granted the written permission of Your Virtual Garage or the applicable rights holder.

5. Termination and Availability of Services
In addition to any legal measure that Your Virtual Garage can apply, Your Virtual Garage can decide at any time to (temporarily) limit or stop your activities on the Website of Your Virtual Garage, or even delete your account from its service, without prior notice. Your Virtual Garage can also decide to send a warning, and/or stop its service to you. Your Virtual Garage can not guarantee that the Your Virtual Garage service will be available always and without interruption.

By using the Website, you are bound to our Privacy Statement.

7. Disclaimer
Your Virtual Garage does not accept any responsibility for damages caused by the Your Virtual Garage service not being available. Your Virtual Garage is never responsible for damages caused by use of the service and possible abuse of the service.

8. Content Policy Guidelines
By using the Website, you are bound to our Content Policy Guidelines. Your Virtual Garage does not permit or tolerate the publication of offensive, sexual, racist, and other explicit content, both text and images, by users of Your Virtual Garage. Your Virtual Garage reserves the right to edit or delete any and all content that it perceives to be in conflict with the Content Policy Guidelines, at its sole discretion. All users have the option to report explicit content to Your Virtual Garage, which will be reviewed by moderators. Repetitive abuse can result in termination of the offender's account. Repetitive abuse of the reporting tool may also result in termination of the account of the reporter.

9. Other Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions contain all agreements between parties. They replace former agreements between parties. Oral announcements, commitments and agreements are not acknowledged, unless they are confirmed in writing between parties. In case any of the terms and conditions are declared null and void or otherwise abandoned, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in effect. Dutch law is applied to these terms and conditions. All conflicts between parties, that may arise from this agreement, will be presented to the authorized judge in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
